01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to no777com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and no777com ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at no777com.ws and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered through it.

By registering an account, accessing the no777com platform, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the no777com platform.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players accessing no777com. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and no777com.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

The no777com platform is strictly for players who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. No777com will conduct age verification checks as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation. Winnings generated by underage accounts will be forfeited in full.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on no777com. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and remaining balances may be forfeited at no777com's discretion pending investigation.

Registration Requirements

When registering with no777com, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. No777com is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no777com login credentials. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify no777com support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission. No777com will never ask you for your password in a support communication.

KYC Verification

No777com reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. These may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

No777com processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. No777com does not accept cash deposits or payments through agents or third parties.

Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method; displayed at the time of deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Standard accounts Rs 500,000 per day; VIP accounts may have higher limits per their tier agreement.

Withdrawal Processing Times

No777com processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for standard accounts during normal operating hours. VIP Gold members receive priority processing within 30 minutes; Diamond VIP members within 15 minutes. No777com does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any third-party charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are the player's responsibility.

Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to payment methods registered in your own name. No777com will not process withdrawals to a payment method owned by a third party. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant deposit will not be credited. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by no777com — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. These general Terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your no777com account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated explicitly in the promotion's individual terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30× means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times (e.g., a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted).

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the offer.
• One welcome bonus per household, device or IP address. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements (e.g., Baccarat may contribute at 10%, slots at 100%). Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• No777com reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it believes the offer has been accepted in breach of these Terms.

VIP Club Cashback

VIP Club cashback offered by no777com is credited weekly every Monday and carries no wagering requirement. Cashback is calculated on net losses during the preceding seven-day period at the rate applicable to the player's current VIP tier. Details of tier rates are published on the VIP Club page.

05 Gameplay, Fairness & Game Rules

Certified Random Number Generators

All games available on no777com use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided and independently audited by the original software developers. No777com does not control or modify game outcomes. The certified RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is fixed by the provider and is accessible from within the game's information panel.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or the no777com platform, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned to the affected accounts. No777com's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final. No777com is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical faults, interrupted internet connections or browser failures on the player's side.

Game Rules

Each game available on no777com has its own rules which are accessible from within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. No disputes regarding game rules will be entertained if the rules were available and the player chose not to review them.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding game outcomes, transactions or account balances must be raised with no777com customer support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. No777com's support team will review all disputes fairly and provide a written response within five business days. If a player remains unsatisfied after the internal dispute resolution process, details of any available independent escalation channels are available through our support team.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the no777com platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

• Fraud and dishonesty: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud or any other form of deliberate deception.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus terms, or using software to automate betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Money laundering: Using the no777com platform for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds or transferring funds between accounts in a manner designed to obscure their source.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players at live dealer tables or in any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated playing software, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage on no777com.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing no777com staff or other players through any communication channel.

07 Responsible Gaming

No777com is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered players can access from within their account settings at any time. These include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Session time reminders: Receive an alert when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Loss limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the no777com platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with our payment processing partners (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) is limited to what is required to complete your transactions and is governed by those partners' own privacy policies.

No777com stores player data on secure, encrypted servers. You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the no777com website — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design, game interfaces, text, graphics and software — is the property of no777com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any no777com content without prior written permission.

Game software and content is licensed to no777com by its respective game providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use no777com's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

No777com provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no777com will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures or force majeure events beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the no777com platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with your deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

No777com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity: accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed. Players will be notified before closure.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, no777com reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the breach. For voluntary closures or inactivity closures with no breach of Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after satisfactory identity verification.

12 Amendments to These Terms

No777com may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to bonus terms, withdrawal limits or account eligibility rules — registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor updates (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of no777com after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw any balance per the withdrawal process described in Section 03.
